Tee’s Hair Affair is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Should you have any questions/claims regarding shipment details, they are to be reported to the shipping company.
NO REFUNDS/RETURNS on hair that has been worn, cut, colored, used, or altered in any way. This includes hair that is unpackaged or unraveled.
All sales are FINAL, however if a mistake is made on our behalf we will do our best to correct the problem.
Returns must be made in the original packaging.
